You can change the password for a cPanel hosting account from the Client Area.

1. Log in to the Client Area.

2. Click Services, then My Services.

3. Click the hosting plan whose cPanel password you want to change.

4. In the Actions menu on the left, click Change Password.

5. Enter the new password in New Password and Confirm New Password, or click Generate Password to create a strong one. Then click Save Changes.

Use the new password the next time you log in to cPanel directly. Logging in through the Client Area with Log in to cPanel doesn't need the password. See Log in to cPanel and WHM from the Client Area.

This changes only the cPanel password. To change the password you use to log in to the Client Area, see Change or reset your Client Area password.
