The easiest way to log in to cPanel is from the Client Area, without a password. See Log in to cPanel and WHM from the Client Area.
You can also log in directly at the addresses below, with your cPanel username and password. Replace example.com with your website's domain.
cPanel
Webmail
Log in to Webmail with your full email address (for example [email protected]) and that email account's password.
WHM (reseller plans, cloud servers and dedicated servers)
On a cloud server or dedicated server, you can also use the server's hostname or IP address, for example https://server.example.com:2087.
If the address doesn't load
- If your domain doesn't point to our servers yet (for example while you're moving to Acenet), use your server's hostname instead of your domain. You'll find it in your welcome email under Hello, your name! > Email History in the Client Area.
- Some office and public networks block ports 2083, 2087 and 2096. If your domain's DNS is hosted with us, try https://cpanel.example.com, https://webmail.example.com or https://whm.example.com, which use the normal web port. You can also log in from the Client Area.
Forgot your password?
- cPanel: change it from the Client Area. See Change your cPanel password.
- Email account: change it in cPanel under Email Accounts.
- Cloud and dedicated servers: you can change any account's cPanel password in WHM. See cPanel's Password Modification documentation.
