To change your email address on file for your Client Area/Help Desk, you will want to submit a ticket to our Sales and Billing department requesting for your email address to be updated. You can access our Help Desk here:
Please note - we suggest not having an email address placed on file that's hosted with us. The reason being is because if your service gets suspended or something, we will not be able to contact you.
