1) Log into your Acenet Helpdesk/Client Area:
Note - If you do not have your password for your Client Area/billing account, you can request a password reset here:
2) Once you are logged in, click on 'Support' and then 'Tickets' from the drop-down menu.
3) Click on the subject of the ticket you are wanting to respond to.
4) Click on the 'Reply' button.
5) Type your response in the 'Message' box.
6) Click the 'Submit' button and your response will be sent.
