How to cancel your hosting service

If there's anything we can do to keep you as a client - get in touch with us through our Helpdesk. Let us know what it takes to keep your business and we'll do our best to keep you satisfied.

If you would still like to cancel, there are instructions on how to do so below.

[1] Log into your Client Area

If you do not have access to your billing account with us, you can request a password reset here:

[2] Click on the Myservices whmcs.jpg tab.

[3] Click the View Details icon View details whmcs.jpg to the right of the 'Product/Service' you're wanting to cancel.

[4] Click on the Request cancellation whmcs.jpg button.

[5] Specify your reason for cancellation in the 'Briefly Describe your reason for Cancellation' text box.

[6] Click on the View details whmcs.jpg button.

An account/server can only be canceled through your Client Area. Cancellation over the phone or by any other means is not accepted. Once canceled, the system will send you a confirmation email as well as the end of life date for your account/server.
Domain registrations are not automatically canceled when you cancel your account/server with us. You need to cancel any domain registrations you do not want to renew as well. For assistance with cancelling domain registrations, please see How do I cancel a domain registration?
