How can I find my cPanel username

Below are instructions on how you can find your cPanel username if you have a shared web hosting plan with Acenet.
1) Log into your billing account:

If you do not have access to your billing account with us, you can request a password reset here:

2) Click on the 
tab.
3) Click the View Details icon 
to the right of the 'Product/Service' you're wanting to find the cPanel username of.
4) Click on the 
button.
5) Your cPanel username will be provided in the 'Username' field of the cPanel login page:
