This demo will show you how to download a MySQL backup through your cPanel.

[1] Click on the "Backups" icon within the "Files" section of your cPanel

You will see all of your databases listed in the "Download a MySQL Database Backup" section

[2] Click on the database you would like to download

[3] Click the "Save" button on the pop up that appears

[4] Select the location on your local machine where you would like to save the MySQL backup

[5] Click "Save" to finish downloading a backup of your MySQL backup
