Domain registrations automatically renew each year, unless you disable auto renewal inside billing.

How domain registration auto renewal works:

An invoice will be generated 30 days before your domain registration expires. You can manually pay it early, or the system will automatically pay it on the invoice due date (the day before your domain registration expires) via your credit card on file.

How to disable domain registration auto renewal:

(1) login to billing at https://billing.ace-host.net
(2) Click the My Domains section
(3) Click the view details icon to the right of your domain name
(4) Scroll down to the auto renew section and click the disable auto renew button
(5) Repeat this for each domain registration you do not want automatically renewed

Please remember that web hosting and domain registration are two different services. If you do not want your web hosting to automatically renew, you need to cancel the web hosting service. Manually renewing your domain registration:

You can extend your domain registration expiration date at anytime by manually renewing it inside the billing area. The domain registration expiration date will be extended by one year whenever you renew it. So you don't have to wait to renew it. Today's date has no impact on your domain registration expiration date. The domain registration expiration date will be increased a full year. For example, today is 03/13/2012. The domain name ace-host.net currently has an registration expiration date of 03/29/2013. If I were to renew it today, the registration expiration date would change to 03/29/2014. If I were then to renew it again the next day, the domain expiration date would be extended another year to 03/29/2015. I could repeat the process again and again. If you wanted, you could extend your domain registration expiration date a full 10 years repeating this process.

How to manually renew a domain (when there is no invoice):

Please make sure an invoice has not already been generated for your domain registration renewal before manually renewing your domain name.

(1) login to billing at https://billing.ace-host.net
(2) Click the [My Domains] section on the top menu
(3) Click the [view details] ICON to the right of the domain you want to renew
(4) Scroll down to the [Management Tools] section
(5) Click the [Renew Domain] button Frequently Asked Questions: "What if I would like to renew my domain for two or more years?" With the current billing system functionality, you would need to manually renew it twice to extend the domain registration two years. Each time it will renew for one year.
