How to cancel your hosting service

If you would still like to cancel, there are instructions on how to do so below. 1) Log into your billing account: https://billing.ace-host.net If you do not have access to your billing account with us, you can request a password reset here:

Billing Account Password Reset 2) Click on the My Services tab. 3) Click the View Details icon View Details Icon to the right of the 'Product/Service' you're wanting to cancel. 4) Click on the Request Cancellation button. 5) Specify your reason for cancellation in the 'Briefly Describe your reason for Cancellation' text box. 6) Click on the Request Cancellation button. Please note - an account/server can only be canceled through your Client Area. Cancellation over the phone or by any other means is not accepted. Once canceled, the system will send you a confirmation email as well as the end of life date for your account/server. Also, domain registrations are not automatically canceled when you cancel your account/server with us. You need to cancel any domain registrations you do not want to renew as well.
