Acenet employs a Linux Engineer (RHCE) who is experienced in high-availability, load-balancing and clustering open-source technologies, such as DRBD, GFS2, Heartbeat, Pacemaker, LVS, and Piranha.

Please open a technical support ticket to schedule a $100, 30 minute telephone consultation with this linux engineer.

Consultations are available Monday through Friday, 1pm to 5pm, and must be scheduled 3 days in advance.

During the telephone consultation you will:

(1) discuss your project,
(2) learn about different open-source technologies, and
(3) discover which open-source technologies are best for your project.

You will receive a no obligation quote, for your proposed project, the business day following your telephone consultation.

The $100 telephone consultation fee is nonrefundable and once an appointment is made it cannot be rescheduled.
