Change Contact Information

This demo will show you how to change your contact information on file for your Client Area with us. You must first be logged into your billing account with us to do so. You can access your Client Area here:
If you do not have access to your Client Area, you can request a password reset here:
[1] Click on "My Details"
[2] Make your desired changes to your contact information
You cannot change your "First Name", "Last Name", or "Email Address". You will need to contact our Sales and Billing department at our Helpdesk to have those fields changed.
[3] Click the "Save Changes" button once you have finished making your desired changes to your contact information
