You can open cPanel for any of your hosting accounts straight from the Acenet Client Area, without entering your cPanel password.

Log in to cPanel from the Client Area

1. Log in to the Client Area.

2. In the top menu, click Services, then My Services.

3. In the My Products & Services list, click the hosting plan you want to manage.

4. In the Actions menu on the left, click Log in to cPanel.

cPanel opens in a new browser tab, already logged in. If nothing happens when you click, check that your browser isn't blocking pop-ups from billing.ace-host.net.

The same Actions menu also has Log in to Webmail to open your email, and Change Password to change your cPanel password.

Go straight to a cPanel tool

Further down the hosting plan's page, the Quick Shortcuts open a cPanel tool directly, in a new tab and already logged in: Email Accounts, Forwarders, Autoresponders, File Manager, Backup, Domains, Cron Jobs, MySQL® Databases, phpMyAdmin and Awstats.

WHM for reseller plans

For a reseller plan, the Actions menu also has Log in to WHM, which opens WHM in a new tab the same way.

Log in directly

You can also log in without the Client Area, using your cPanel username and password:

Replace your-domain.com with your website's domain. If you don't know your cPanel username, see Find your cPanel username.

Can't find the login links?

  • Make sure you're on the hosting plan's own page (step 3), not the list of services.
  • The login links only appear for active services. If your service is pending or suspended, please open a support ticket.
