Change Contact Information

This demo will show you how to change your contact information on file for your billing account with us. You must first be logged into your billing account with us to do so. You can access your billing account here:

If you do not have access to your billing account with us, you can request a password reset here:

[1] Click on "My Details"

[2] Make your desired changes to your contact information

*Note: you cannot change your "First Name", "Last Name", or "Email Address". You will need to contact our sales and billing department to have those fields changed. You can access our help desk at:

[3] Click the "Save Changes" button once you have finished making your desired changes to your contact information
