You get up to two hours of help each month with Acenet's system administration assistance. You can use these instances to get help with anything familiar to Acenet's experts. Others have requested help with security audits, script installations, website migrations, initial service configurations and performance tuning, for example.

A single support request counts as at least 15 minutes of assistance.

Acenet's experts have vast familiarity with cPanel and CentOS environments. Anything else, just ask.
