  Please note - an account/server can only be canceled through your Client Area.  Cancellation over the phone or by any other means is not accepted.  Once canceled, the system will send you a confirmation email as well as the end of life date for your account/server.  
 
Also, domain registrations are not automatically canceled when you cancel your account/server with us. You need to cancel any domain registrations you do not want to renew as well. You can view our knowledgebase article on how to cancel domain registrations here:

[1] Log into your Client Area

If you do not have access to your billing account with us, you can request a password reset here:

[3] Click the View Details icon to the right of the 'Product/Service' you're wanting to cancel.

[4] Click on the button.
