This demo will show you how to download a full backup of your account through your cPanel.
A full backup of your account contains all content needed to restore your account to its current state (files/emails/databases/configurations). We recommend downloading a full backup of your account as soon as you have generated one. Once you have downloaded the full backup, feel free to remove it from your home directory on the server. Keeping your full backups saved on your local machine instead of the server will help ensure you do not go over your account's allotted disk space quota.
[1] Click on "Backup" within the "Files" section of your cPanel
[2] Click on the "Databases" button under the "Full Backup" section
[3] Click on the backup you would like to download and then click "Save"
[4] Select the location on your local machine where you would like to save the backup and then click "Save" to finish downloading a full backup of your account
