To connect to your account with SFTP:
1) Open FileZilla
2) Enter the IP address of the server in the Host field, located in the Quickconnect bar.
3) Enter your cPanel username in the Username field
4) Enter your cPanel password in the PAssword Field
5) Enter "22" in the "Port" field.
6) Click on Quickconnect or press Enter to connect to the server.
7) Click OK when you get a warning about an unknown host key.
Please note that SFTP is only available using the cPanel username and password. FTP accounts created in cPanel cannot connect via SFTP.
