If you wish to cancel your SpamExperts subscription, please follow the instruction in the How to cancel your hosting service article, and select your SpamExperts package to cancel.
Once your service is cancelled, you will need to change the MX Record to redirect mail back to your mailserver.
You can change the MX record using the same instructions used to initially route mail TO SpamExperts, but you would change the MX Record to point back to your mailserver. The Routing Mail to SpamExperts article will walk you through the process.
- If your mail is hosted on your Acenet Account, the mailserver name to change you MX record to should be mail.YOURDOMAIN.COM (replacing YOURDOMAIN.COM with your actual domain name).
- If you are accessing mail from a third-party mail server, you will want to verify the mailserver names with their support staff.
If you have any questions, or need assistance with this, please login to the Client Area and open a new Technical Support ticket.
