Each internet browser has its own way to clear its cache. There are instructions below on how to clear the cache of various popular internet browsers.

If you're unable to see the Tools tab in your internet browser, you can press the 'Alt' key on your keyboard to have it appear.

Mozilla Firefox

[1] Click the Menu icon Firefox clear now.jpg in the upper right corner.

[2] Select "Options".

[3] Go to Privacy & Security panel.

[4] Under the Cookies and Site Data section, click on the Firefox clearnow.jpg icon.

[5] Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data.

[6] With Cached Web Content check marked, click the "Clear" Firefox clear.jpg button.

[7] Close any open windows of the browser for this to take full effect

Google Chrome

[1] On your computer, open Chrome.

[2] At the top right, click More Chrome menu.jpg.
