A contact is someone who receives copies of certain emails from us, such as invoices or support ticket updates, without logging in to your account. For example, you might add your bookkeeper so they receive invoices.
To let someone log in to your account, see Give someone access to your account instead.
1. Log in to the Client Area.
2. Click Hello, your name! at the top right, then Contacts.
3. If you already have contacts, choose Add New Contact in the Choose Contact list and click Go. Otherwise the Add New Contact form is already shown.
4. Enter the contact's name, email address and other details.
5. Under Email Preferences, tick the emails the contact should receive: General, Invoice, Support, Product or Domain emails.
6. Click Save Changes.
To change or remove a contact later, select them in the Choose Contact list and click Go.
