Below are instructions on how you can find your cPanel username if you have a shared web hosting plan with Acenet.
[1] Log into your Client Area
If you do not have access to your Client Area with us, you can request a password reset here:
[2] Click on Services and then My Services.
[3] Click on the hosting package you are wanting to find the cPanel username for.
[4] Click on 'Login to cPanel' under Actions to the left.
[5] Your cPanel username is located to the left above Main Domain.
