[1] Click on "Create a New Account" which is under the "Account Functions" section

[2] Enter the domain of the new account into the "Domain" field

[3] Enter the username into the "Username" field

There is an 8 character maximum for the username

[4] Enter your password into the "Password" field (You can use cPanel's password generation utility if you prefer)

[5] Enter the cPanel contact e-mail into the "Email" field

[6] Check mark the "Select Options Manually" box

[7] Configure your desired options

We do not allow mailman powered mailing lists. The built in mailing list feature will be disabled no matter what you enter into the "Max Email Lists" field
