Export:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
If you would like to export (Database dump as it is called) the MySQL DB &amp;#039;dave_forum&amp;#039;:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. Login to cPanel&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. Scroll down to PhpMyAdmin, click on it&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. Once PHPMyAdmin loads, on the right side, you will see a list of all of your Databases. Click on the DB&amp;#039;dave_forum&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4. Click &amp;quot;Export&amp;quot; at the top&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5. Now select &amp;quot;SQL&amp;quot; as the Format&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6. Click &amp;quot;Go&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
7. You will be asked where to save the &amp;#039;dave_forum.sql&amp;#039; file&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
8. Click save and wait for the DB to finish downloading to your local machine.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Done. Your database has been backed up and dumped to a .sql file (This file now can be imported in to a new/existing MySQL DB if needed)&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
