New page

If someone else needs to manage your services or billing, such as a colleague or your web developer, invite them with their own login instead of sharing your password. You choose what they can do, and you can remove their access at any time.

== Invite a user ==

'''1.''' Log in to the [https://billing.ace-host.net Client Area].

'''3.''' Under '''Invite New User''', enter their email address.

'''4.''' Choose '''All Permissions''', or '''Choose Permissions''' to pick exactly what they can see and do, for example only invoices or only support tickets.

'''5.''' Click '''Send Invite'''.

They'll receive an email invitation. If they already have a login with us, they can use it to access your account. Otherwise they'll create one.

== Change or remove access ==

On the '''User Management''' page, click '''Manage Permissions''' to change what a user can do, or '''Remove Access''' to take their access away. The account owner always has full permissions.

Ask everyone with access to turn on two-factor authentication. See [[Secure your Client Area account]].
