View source for FileZilla - Uploading and Downloading

This demo will show you how to upload and download files using the FTP client Filezilla.


[1] You will first want to connect to your FTP account. If you need help doing so, please see our video demo on how to configure Filezilla to [[FileZilla_-_Configuration|connect to your FTP account]].

[2] Once you are connected, all of your remote files will be in the right pane and all of your local files will be in the left pane.

[3] You can browse through your folders in either pane by double clicking on them.

[4] To upload a file to the server, simply drag and drop the file you're wanting to upload from the left pane (local files) to the right pane (remote files).

[5] To download a file from the server, simply drag and drop the file you're wanting to download from the right pane (remote files) to the left pane (local files).
