How to set the max hourly email limit for VPS/Dedicated server through WHM:
1) Login to the WHM of the server as root
2) Click on File:Tweak settings.JPG Under the File:Serv config.JPG section
5) Change the field from "600" to whatever you wish (Keeping in mind the load on the server)
6) Scroll down and click File:Save.JPG
