If you still wish to transfer your domain name away from Acenet, kindly follow the instructions provided below to obtain your domain's EPP/authorization code.
[1] Log into your Client Area
If you do not have access to your billing account with us, you can request a password reset here:
[3] Click the View Details icon to the right of the domain you're wanting to transfer away.
[5] Make sure that 'Registrar Lock' is unchecked.
[6] Click the button under the 'Registrar Lock' section.
[7] Log into our Helpdesk
