How do I reinstall/reload my virtual server's operating system

Reinstalling/reloading your server's operating system will result in all data being deleted off of your server. The data will NOT be able to be recovered, so you will want to make sure you have any data you need backed up before proceeding with the Operating System reinstall/reload.

[1] Log into your VPS Control Panel:

Your VPS Control Panel log in details were provided in the email you received once your VPS was turned up. If you need to reset your VPS Control Panel password, please see this article:

[2] Once you're logged into your VPS Control Panel, click <img style="vertical-align: middle;" title="Manage Button" src="http://esupport.acenet-inc.net/knowledgebase_images/manage_vpscp.jpg" alt="Manage Button" width="73" height="19" /> to the right of the server you're wanting to reinstall/reload the operating system of.

[3] Click on the <img style="vertical-align: middle;" title="General Tab" src="http://esupport.acenet-inc.net/knowledgebase_images/general_vpscp.jpg" alt="General Tab" width="61" height="16" /> tab under the 'Controls' section.

[5] Select the operating system you're wanting to install.
