Below are instructions on how you can find your cPanel username if you have a shared web hosting plan with Acenet.
[1] Log into your Client Area
If you do not have access to your Client Area with us, you can request a password reset here:
[3] Click the View Details icon to the right of the 'Product/Service' you're wanting to find the cPanel username of.
