Below are instructions on how you can find your cPanel username if you have a shared web hosting plan with Acenet.

[1] Log into your Client Area

If you do not have access to your Client Area with us, you can request a password reset here:

[2] Click on the Myservices whmcs.jpg tab.

[3] Click the View Details icon View details whmcs.jpg to the right of the 'Product/Service' you're wanting to find the cPanel username of.

[4] Click on the Login to cpanel whmcs.jpg button.

[5] Your cPanel username will be provided in the 'Username' field of the cPanel login page:
