[1] You will first want to connect to your FTP account. If you need help doing so, you can view a video demo on how to configure Filezilla to connect to your FTP account at the link posted below.

[2] Once you are connected, all of your remote files will be in the right pane and all of your local files will be in the left pane.

[3] You can browse through your folders in either pane by double clicking on them.

[4] To upload a file to the server, simply drag and drop the file you're wanting to upload from the left pane (local files) to the right pane (remote files).
